I had placed quite a large order for trays of deli sandwiches. Called the day I was to pick up and was worried when they came back on the phone and asked me when I placed, etc. The gentleman came back on the phone again and said "OK, yup, we've got it". I picked them up and they looked beautiful! Display was very nice. My only thought is they might need more help in the deli.
This Smiths is more updated than others. Has a decent selection size in not only food, but also market selection. It's clean, the staff are so friendly, and for kids they have kid size carts and fun carts they can ride in. They also have quite a few self checkout stations. I don't mind stopping here when I'm in the area, I prefer it over other places.
I take my chances over at Walmart. They’re way less busy. And nicer.
This is a nice store. They are usually very clean and helpful. Produce is good. Prices are usually just a little higher than Walmart or other grocery stores. Staff is pretty friendly.
I hate this location. Always way too crowded, everything I want is always out of stock, but they are always stocking (boxes in the middle of the isles no matter the time of day..)
Brian Johanson is one of the most helpful person to be kind, and pack groceries so well and then put them in the car for me. It is always a pleasure to see him working hard at the Herrmann store. He has a very good attitude which is very impressive.
