Awesomely quick at filling prescriptions. They are professional and courteous every time. Highly recommend!
After an appointment for my son I went to see if his prescription and it wasn't, called them 2 hrs later, after 10 min of looking she found it and said it was ready, since it was late I decided to wait to go get the next day. I go in today and the guy at the window couldn't find it in the system but wouldn't look through their ready to pick up prescriptions. I will be calling the doctor to get the prescription filled somewhere else.
this pharmacy is horrible. no one over the age of 18 works there or has any clue what theyre doing. i was given someone elses prescription!!!! with all of their HIPAA information inside! I spoke to the manager about it and his response? "These things just happen sometimes." Um, no they don't, it's called being a responsible business manager, now handle it! I'll never go back
They are super responsive and fill prescriptions quickly (10-15 minutes typically)! Their auto refill program was a little odd when I first started using it, but recurring prescriptions are always ready when you need it. I've been using them for 10 years now and will continue as long as I live in Herriman. When I move away, I will definitely try another Smith's Pharmacy very first!
